Proverbs 10:9 reminds us, “Whoever walks in integrity walks securely, but he who makes his ways crooked will be found out.” Integrity isn’t just an ideal—it’s a shield that protects us from regret and broken trust.

The Bible is rich with examples of integrity. Daniel remained unwavering in his faith, refusing to eat the king’s food or bow to false gods (Daniel 1:8, 6:10). His honesty and courage not only honored God but also earned him favor and protection.

Jesus Himself exemplified integrity, confronting dishonesty in the temple (Matthew 21:12-13) and teaching His followers to live truthfully: “Let your ‘Yes’ be ‘Yes,’ and your ‘No,’ ‘No’; anything beyond this comes from the evil one” (Matthew 5:37).
